📋 Description

• Provide legal guidance for compliance across the Americas.
• Support corporate development in fundraising and M&A.
• Advise on expansion and market launches in new jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with global compliance to align internal policies.
• Draft and review referral, marketing, and commercial agreements.
• Provide guidance on marketing, advertising and promotions.
• Partial telecommuting permitted; on-site in NY when not telecommuting.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or U.S. law degree; NY State Bar admission.
• 2 years corporate law experience in tech or international firms.
• Experience in financial services regulation and corporate law matters.
• 2 years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and partnership agreements.
• 2 years advising on marketing, advertising, and promotional compliance.
• 2 years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 2 years in capital markets matters, IPOs, M&A, financing.
• 2 years in corporate governance and securities law compliance.
