Associate Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Assist with corporate governance and transactional matters (board resolutions, disclosures).
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and vendors.
• Update terms of service and policies; advise on privacy, data security, IP.
• Support employment matters, including offers and employment agreements.
• Drive the preparation and refinement of legal forms and processes for scalability.
• Keep abreast of applicable laws and guidance affecting GoGuardian’s agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in law firm or tech company (corporate/transactional focus).
• J.D. from a respected law school; active bar in at least one state.
• Knowledgeable about software and technology.
• Practical, business-oriented problem-solving and risk management.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
