📋 Description

  • Develop and execute compensation strategy: base salary, bonus, long-term incentives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay.
  • Support annual compensation planning: data collection, analysis, reporting to Exec/Board.
  • Partner with People and Finance to prepare budgets/forecasts and equity processing.
  • Collaborate with Talent Team and leaders to align pay with performance management.
  • Manage compensation communications and develop offer letters/equity docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Economics, Finance; 2 years in compensation.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing compensation data and market trends; benchmarking tools.
  • Excel proficiency: formulas, VLOOKUP and nested IF statements.
  • Present compensation plan concepts to stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.
  • Workday HCM or similar HRIS system.
  • Experience with long-term incentives, deferred compensation, and benchmarking investment roles.
