🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Admin, Economics, Finance; 2 years in compensation.
- Experience collecting, analyzing compensation data and market trends; benchmarking tools.
- Excel proficiency: formulas, VLOOKUP and nested IF statements.
- Present compensation plan concepts to stakeholders with varied technical backgrounds.
- Workday HCM or similar HRIS system.
- Experience with long-term incentives, deferred compensation, and benchmarking investment roles.
