📋 Description

  • Support design, implementation, and management of Klaviyo's compensation programs.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay.
  • Analyze market data and internal metrics to benchmark roles.
  • Assist base pay, bonus plans, and equity awards administration.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and provide market insights.
  • Ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance across regions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years in compensation or HR analytics (tech/software preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; data modeling/visualization a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS/compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Radford).
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, Culpepper) and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
