🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years in compensation or HR analytics (tech/software preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; data modeling/visualization a plus.
- Experience with HRIS/compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Radford).
- Familiarity with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, Culpepper) and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
