📋 Description

  • Support the Company Manager for KÀ, aiding show operations.
  • Represent company positions to show teams and partners when CM is absent.
  • Navigate departments (Benefits, Artist Management, Payroll, etc.).
  • Attend, document, and occasionally direct operation meetings.
  • Oversee wellbeing budget and morale initiatives for the company.
  • Coordinate emergency planning with GM/Technical Director; liaise with Front of House.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Theatre Administration, Production or related field.
  • At least four years of experience in an entertainment office environment.
  • Basic understanding of budgets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Right to work in the United States (Form I-9) upon hire.
