📋 Description

• Identify new workloads within existing accounts to grow Atlas usage.
• Articulate MongoDB's expanding feature set and developer data platform.
• Support customers through their journey, addressing queries and usage.
• Develop relationships within accounts to deepen MongoDB partnerships.
• Navigate industries with a data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience; preference for database or software.
• Consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets in competitive environments (top 10%).
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a quota and commission structure.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
