📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal advice across sales, account management, product, and regulatory teams globally.
• Draft, review, and negotiate multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements.
• Proactively address evolving legal risks with risk-based decisions to mitigate exposure.
• Advise on early-stage customer disputes and manage initial phases of legal conflicts.
• Drive legal automation to scale the contracting process.
• Build cross-functional relationships and train commercial colleagues globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong commercial contracting and transactional experience.
• Collaborate with legal counsels across US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Team player who collaborates across teams to sharpen ideas.
• Strong people skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work autonomously and run things like your own business.
