Associate Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Engage in complex sales and procurement deals with cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts with vendors and customers.
• Partner with business teams to deliver scalable commercial solutions.
• Support Dropbox's global commercial legal function across deals.
• Learn a wide variety of contracts (sales, procurement, M&A, real estate).
• Be a proactive partner to internal stakeholders worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a practicing commercial attorney.
• Experience drafting/negotiating SaaS, licensing, tech, equipment, and marketing contracts.
• Experience managing client and opposing counsel interactions; strong drafting.
• J.D. with strong credentials; bar in good standing; in-house registration if applicable.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear guidance and partner across functions.
• Interest in a virtual-first environment; self-starter and team player.
