- 5β8 years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracting
- Experience negotiating enterprise-level B2B agreements
- In-house experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Ability to operate under pressure with tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
