  • Deep understanding of SaaS agreements, licensing, and tech terms.
  • Experience managing relations with vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate legal and commercial risks; provide practical business advice.
  • Create and optimize standard legal templates and contracting processes.
