Associate Clinical Trial Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage Medrio database implementations for clinical trials (client-facing).
• Create and maintain Kick-Off decks, PM plans, agendas, and minutes.
• Tailor project documentation to fit each project.
• Prioritize workload to drive high-impact delivery.
• Oversee EDC, imaging, onboarding, ePRO, eConsent, and hardware studies.
• Ensure plans and notes are accurate and accessible.
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and external partners.
• Encourage client engagement with cameras on during meetings.
• Provide proactive updates and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Provide coverage for peers to ensure continuity.
• Ensure thorough hand-offs for OOO support.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks with recommendations.
• Tailor messages to executives vs engineers to maintain momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical trial industry experience.
• Project management with stakeholder management, tracking, and risk assessment.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Excellent writing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage customers and ensure satisfaction.
