📋 Description

• Work with assigned COS to grow and support customers
• Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts
• Analyze patient testing to ensure protocol adherence
• Assess medical staff needs; coordinate logistics and problem solve
• Become experts on Natera Oncology products and processes
• Educate clinicians on tools and resources to manage test orders
• Use internal KPI reports to monitor retention and orders
• Collaborate with sales reps and patient coordinators to achieve the best outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant/clinical support background or 2+ years sales experience
• Thrives in ambiguous environments
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
• Quick learner of software and reporting systems
