• Educate medical professionals on Natera tools to manage test orders.
• Use KPI reports to monitor patient retention and order fulfillment.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize patient and provider outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Medical assistant/clinical support/patient liaison or nursing background; 2+ years sales exp.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Acts with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
• Travel 25-50%.
