📋 Description

• Grow and support existing customers with assigned COS
• Build relationships with oncology accounts to drive unit growth
• Analyze patient testing to ensure protocol adherence
• Educate medical professionals on Natera tools to facilitate test orders
• Maintain KPI reports on patient retention and fulfilled order volume
• Collaborate with sales, patient coordinators, and territory managers to optimize outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s with ≥4 years relevant experience
• Medical assistant/clinical support or nursing background, or ≥2 years sales experience
• Thrives in ambiguous environments
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Think strategically and execute tactically
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
