📋 Description

  • Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
  • Build relationships with Oncology accounts to drive unit growth
  • Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure protocol adherence
  • Assess clinicians' needs; coordinate logistics and problem solving
  • Become experts on Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness
  • Educate medical professionals on tools/resources to manage test orders
  • Utilize internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled orders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers) to achieve best outcomes

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience
  • Medical assistant/clinical support/nurse background, or 2+ years sales
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments
  • Bright, flexible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
  • Think strategically as well as execute tactically
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
