📋 Description

• Work with assigned COS to grow and support existing customers.
• Build relationships with key Oncology account personnel to drive unit growth.
• Analyze patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocol.
• Assess needs of medical professionals for support, logistics, and problem solving.
• Become experts on Natera Oncology products and processes.
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s with 4+ years’ experience.
• Medical assistant/clinical support or nursing background; 2+ years sales.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments with results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
