📋 Description

  • Respond to client issues via phone, voicemail, email, and portal

🎯 Requirements

  • Unix, Windows Server, Storage, Networking fundamentals
  • Experience in IT infrastructure helpdesk role
  • ITIL knowledge; ITIL certification desirable
  • VMware, AWS and Azure experience
  • Excellent customer service; strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure; document processes clearly
