  • Manage a corporate client portfolio with FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management.
  • Upsell Ebury product capabilities to deliver a best-in-class proposition.
  • Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business; assess client environments and industry.
  • Understand competition and position Ebury Banking solutions.
  • Deliver KPIs: revenue, churn reduction, cross-sell, wallet-share growth.
  • Build strong client relationships through meetings and proposals.

  • Strong Financial Services experience in sales or relationship management; established network is a plus.
  • Experience in FX institutions and/or commercial banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Fluency in Swiss-German and strong business-level English.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Proven record in upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
