- Strong Financial Services experience in sales or relationship management; established network is a plus.
- Experience in FX institutions and/or commercial banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Swiss-German and strong business-level English.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
- Proven record in upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
