Associate Client Portfolio Manager (Mandarin Desk)

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients across FX hedging, lending, payments and cash management.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business; understand clients' environments and strategies.
• Know competitors' capabilities and gaps to position Ebury's Banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs: repeat/new revenues, reduced churn, upsell and cross-sell.
• Build strong client relationships from the Düsseldorf office; present ideas and updates.
• Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship role; network is a plus.
• Experience in FX institutions and/or banks or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporates.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to win commitment and buy-in.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong business-level English and German.
