  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline with forecasting and cadence; hit quarterly targets.
  • Close deals and onboard advertisers on Spotify Ads Manager and biddable channels.
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline with lapsed accounts; collaborate with existing Partners.
  • Develop deep product expertise; stay ahead of ad products and buying channels.

  • 4+ years digital media sales; ideally New Business.
  • Hunter mentality; organized and self-reliant.
  • Articulate communicator; clear value proposition.
  • Intrinsically motivated; goal-driven; build relationships.
  • Commercially driven; ad tech/programmatic/audio a plus.
  • Fluent German and English; CV in English.
