🎯 Requirements

3+ years of program management in a healthcare environment
2+ years delivering projects independently and in a team
2+ years using data/metrics to drive improvements; experience with Google Suite/BigQuery/Excel
Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans and rollout
