Associate Buyer - Accessories

📋 Description

• Support daily purchasing to ensure stores have the right accessory SKUs.
• Enter Medicated POs as needed for territory, ensuring accuracy.
• Track deliveries and order status to prevent stockouts or overages.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to process invoices and POs on time.
• Coordinate with Planning, Store Management on promotions and merchandising.
• Maintain accurate product data and ensure compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in retail buying, merchandising, inventory coord.
• Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cannabis or CPG categories is a plus.
• Commitment to compliance and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
