🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 2+ years retail buying experience (jewelry/piercing preferred).
- Knowledge of jewelry materials and piercing industry standards.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excel and Google Suite proficiency with analytical skills.
- Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or Domo; POS/inventory systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
