📋 Description

• Global expansion and strategy execution across ops, products, and markets.
• Build and scale global brokerage network across 134+ entities.
• Manage carrier and provider relations for a reliable, cost-effective network.
• Enable lean benefits management and cross-functional project delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and CSM to quote benefits for Global Payroll and EOR clients.
• Improve the customer support journey with a seamless user experience.
• Data-driven optimization by analyzing large data sets to improve margins.
• Partner with product and development teams to automate features in the Deel platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in fast-paced settings (Startup, BusOps, Consulting, PE).
• Sales operations expansion experience is a plus.
• Benefits operations expansion knowledge is a plus.
• Data & Systems: Google Suite, Jira, Looker; comfortable with financial data sources.
• Track record of rapid promotion or high-stakes achievement.
• Analytical rigor in data manipulation and solving global problems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Mindset: Curious, impact-driven, and focused on scalable processes.
