  • Prospect, identify, and close new business with advertisers/agencies in Japan
  • Lead renewal and upsell negotiations with Account Management teams
  • Meet personal quarterly/annual revenue sales targets
  • Shadow and support senior Business Directors during testing and closing
  • Co-plan negotiations and sales tactics with senior Directors

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in ad tech, digital advertising, media sales, or related field
  • Understanding of DSPs, ad servers, programmatic advertising, and social platform advertising
  • Demonstrated solution-oriented approach translating client objectives into value
  • Experience handling client objections and managing deals through the sales cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese (native) and English (business-level)
  • Available to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week
