π― Requirements
- 2+ years in ad tech, digital advertising, media sales, or related field
- Understanding of DSPs, ad servers, programmatic advertising, and social platform advertising
- Demonstrated solution-oriented approach translating client objectives into value
- Experience handling client objections and managing deals through the sales cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese (native) and English (business-level)
- Available to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week
