📋 Description

• Own data architecture, visualization, and analysis for Client Services.
• Build automated insights to improve customer health and retention.
• Write complex SQL queries across our tech stack to uncover trends.
• Translate business needs into dashboards and technical queries.
• Maintain and optimize BigQuery/Looker data infrastructure.
• Create scalable analytics processes to reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• B2B analytics experience; Salesforce; Gainsight or Zendesk a plus.
• Advanced SQL and data warehousing/BI tooling; BigQuery/Looker.
• Strong data storytelling and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics: lifecycle, retention, health.
