Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of prepaid wallet transactions.
Review reports to identify discrepancies with internal and external bank/partner statements.
Investigate discrepancies by coordinating with Operations, IT, and partners.
Ensure timely reconciliations meeting compliance and audit requirements.
Monitor prepaid wallet balances and maintain accurate records.
Manage and reconcile chargebacks, refunds, and failed transactions.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in Bank, NBFC, Fintech or Digital Payments Industry
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong knowledge in Excel (Advanced Excel preferred)
Experience in reconciliation in digital payments / wallet, fintech, or banking
Proficiency in using reconciliation tools and software
Familiarity with prepaid wallet systems, payment gateways and transaction flows
