📋 Description

• Review SSL and Code Signing certificate applications for eligibility.
• Follow policy guidelines with due diligence when reviewing docs.
• Provide 24x7 follow-the-sun support in the Melbourne APAC team.
• Assist customers via chat, email and phone.
• Determine customer eligibility and right to use domains.
• Maintain security standards in authentication processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree desirable but not required.
• Policy/compliance experience advantageous.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy; fast typing.
