🎯 Requirements
- BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
- 5+ years in AEC with Revit, coordinated modeling, docs.
- Experience delivering ICT/AV/Acoustics designs and calculations.
- Lead BIM coordination: clash detection and multi-discipline reviews.
- Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Asana, GitHub.
- Certs: EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), PE preferred.
