Perform preventive maintenance and daily sweeps of conference and training rooms.
Provide onsite and virtual user support for AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.
Assist Senior AV Engineer with planning, setup, and execution of company-wide live events.
Help maintain AV assets across onsite/offsite events and daily office operations.
Collaborate with IT Workplace and Security teams to support AV needs.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred.
2+ years AV tech support and live events experience.
Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
Ability to work onsite in Durham/Addison daily.
Understanding of audiovisual signal flow.
Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
