Perform preventative maintenance and daily sweeps of conference and training rooms.
On-site and virtual user support for AV equipment and video conferencing.
Assist the Senior AV Engineer with planning, setup, and execution of live events.
Maintain AV equipment, vendors, and onsite/offsite events.
Collaborate with IT Workplace and Security teams on AV initiatives.
Help document AV assets and instructional materials.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
2+ years of AV tech support and live events experience.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams, incl. common issues.
Strong understanding of audiovisual signal flow.
