- Oversee day-to-day asset management across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate/Business/Economics or related field (preferred)
- Industrial experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel and Argus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- 1–4 years in asset management, real estate, or finance
- Self-motivated; able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
