📋 Description

• Investigate accounts flagged for Account Takeover using device, IP, and geolocation signals.
• Evaluate claims of unauthorized access with logs and case evidence.
• Contain compromised accounts by locking access, freezing users, and limiting payouts.
• Identify fraud patterns across accounts and devices to detect ATO tactics and abuse.
• Document findings with rationale, impact, root cause, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Risk Eng, Product, Data Science, and Support to improve controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fintech/payments risk ops or fraud investigations.
• Strong analytical skills; handle ambiguity; make decisions with limited context.
• Comfortable managing live risk incidents in fast-paced environments.
• Clear case rationales; communicate with ops, product, eng, support.
