  • Own end-to-end renewal process for 2-250 accounts in up to 10 employees
  • Proactively reach out to customers 60-90 days before renewal
  • Manage 10-15 renewals per month with quarterly cycles
  • Navigate MSA contracts including auto-renewal and 10% YoY uplifts
  • Forecast renewal outcomes and maintain data hygiene in Salesforce/Clarity
  • Build relationships to ensure renewal and retention

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
