- Proactively reach out to customers 60-90 days before renewal
- Manage 10-15 renewals per month with quarterly cycles
- Navigate MSA contracts including auto-renewal and 10% YoY uplifts
- Forecast renewal outcomes and maintain data hygiene in Salesforce/Clarity
- Build relationships to ensure renewal and retention
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
