- 1โ3 years in Sales Development, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with data-driven decisions and AI usage
