- At least 2 years of account management or customer success experience (enterprise SaaS).
- Expertise with Excel and CRMs; Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency communicating data via Excel, Salesforce and BI tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts and assignments.
