  • Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts; build exec relationships and be a trusted advisor.
  • Guide customers through change and adoption; implement Mutual Success Plans.
  • Lead renewal and expansion discussions; use analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Anticipate risk across product usage; diagnose root causes and solve ad hoc issues.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Product on feedback.
  • Maintain governance and clear communication across customer and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of account management or customer success experience (enterprise SaaS).
  • Expertise with Excel and CRMs; Salesforce preferred.
  • Proficiency communicating data via Excel, Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts and assignments.
