  • Monitor partner objectives and growth to broaden product breadth.
  • Use forecast methods to manage pipeline and track NPS/CSAT.

  • Adapt to new technology/processes per product requirements.
  • Provide world-class customer service while upselling.
  • Strong time management and prioritization.
  • Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT forecasting methodology.
