- Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB clients, advising on multi-channel expansion and illustrating Mirakl Connect's value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, customer success, and product teams for seamless integrations and faster time-to-value
- Provide market intelligence by tracking industry trends, competitive activity, and SMB challenges to refine sales approaches
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees a plus
- 2+ years closing sales in the SMB segment
- Proven pipeline management, deal negotiation, and revenue attainment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Team player who collaborates and shares best practices
- Languages: English bilingual (C2); French, Dutch, Swedish or Danish a plus
