Associate Account Executive

📋 Description

• Follow renewals playbook to support retention/expansion.
• Use Cision tech-stack tools to manage touchpoints.
• Be the primary contact for PR Newswire distribution customers.
• Demonstrate strong objection handling and negotiation.
• Meet or exceed quota and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts to retain/expand revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• A keen interest in business communications, public relations, and content.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, OH or Albuquerque, NM offices as needed.
