📋 Description

• Serve as primary client contact, leading strategic and execution work with client ops.
• Act as trusted advisor to ensure the brand's digital presence meets goals and user needs.
• Support leadership in tracking project financials and profitability.
• Partner with PM, UX, design, development, and content teams for flawless execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for digital innovation and growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional comms across Strategy/Creative/Media/Data; support pitches.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital, creative, media, or business consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects requiring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset; professional in negotiations.
• Structured-hybrid work model; office midweek; remote Mon/Fri; near LA or San Diego.
