- BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
- Strong foundation in clinical KPI metrics
- In good standing on BCBA metrics
- Attributable Client Service Hours
- Cancellation trends (team & clients)
- POC timeliness and quality
- Conversion rates
- RBT supervision rates
