📋 Description

  • Oversee daily NAV reconciliations and fund operations for multiple funds.
  • Review quarterly budgets, fee calculations, and fund performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes; lead automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with investor servicing, debt compliance, hedging, and regulatory reporting teams.
  • Prepare and review SEC filings (N-CSR, N-PORT, N-CSN) and investor reporting.
  • Interpret US GAAP and SEC guidance for complex credit investments and disclosures.
  • Monitor emerging accounting and regulatory developments and assess impacts.
  • Resolve investor queries and manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Lead and support initiatives to improve scalability, controls, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10 years of public accounting or industry experience with financial instruments, funds, and SEC reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of investment company accounting under US GAAP (ASC 946).
  • Experience coordinating with third-party fund administrators.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to contribute to senior leadership decisions.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop, motivate and retain high-performing talent.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Control-minded and dedicated to designing and strengthening internal controls.
  • Willingness to take ownership through hands-on involvement.
