- Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Expedite subcontractors and vendors daily and weekly.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
- Supervise self-perform work and develop methods to improve job efficiency.
- Oversee material receiving, ensuring quantity and quality, receiving tickets are signed, coded, and filed.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control records.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a technical specialist in construction.
- At least two of these years managing all phases of construction on multiple projects.
- Experience in new and modernization construction; managed/monitored at least two projects.
- Proven experience interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, shop drawings).
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with NYC public agencies preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
