🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of retail leadership experience (flagship/high-volume)
Luxury/premium retail environment preferred
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Strong commercial acumen and comfort with business metrics
Proven ability to lead through accountability and coaching
