📋 Description

  • Guide families through the CAMP retail experience to deliver a magical visit.
  • Support the General Manager to hit KPI targets and store goals.
  • Lead the Canteen area and act as Manager on Duty.
  • Develop action plans with the GM and coach staff on selling.
  • Create visual/merchandising strategies to increase sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • Open availability and ability to work ~40 hours/week.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day (ideally both).
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in retail, child-care, education or performing arts.
  • Desire to engage with children and families creatively.
