Execute core bakery ops: inventory rotation, scheduling, staffing, admin checklists
Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience
Lead scheduling and labor to meet operational targets
Manage bakery ops in BOM's absence when needed
Model urgency, accountability, and operational discipline
Collaborate with BOM and Area leadership on gaps and solutions

🎯 Requirements

1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak business periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
