Execute core bakery operations: inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing, admin checklists
Maintain adherence to product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience
Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control
Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet targets
Act as extension of BOM; step into full bakery ownership when needed

🎯 Requirements

1+ year leadership in restaurant/retail/hospitality ops
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
