Support Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Serve as Manager on Duty and brand ambassador for Curaleaf
Manage store operations including scheduling and task delegation
Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, and bookkeeping
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels
Maintain knowledge of POS and LeafLogix systems

🎯 Requirements

1 year retail/customer service in a high-paced environment
1 year retail supervisory experience
Strong business acumen with KPIs and financial targets
Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
Experience in a heavily regulated industry
