Oversee cash handling: register counts, deposits, and timekeeping.
Manage inventory trends and ordering to avoid stockouts.
Maintain knowledge of computer systems and LeafLogix.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
1+ year of retail supervisory experience.
Strong business acumen and KPI focus.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
