Support the Store Manager to lead a team and deliver a great customer experience.

Oversee store operations: shifts, scheduling, and task delegation.
Communicate with leadership to maximize revenue opportunities.
Monitor customer service and coach team members.
Travel to other locations for training and coverage (10-25%).

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year in retail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
Proven experience managing large teams of 25+ employees, including hiring and performance management.
Strong business acumen and KPI-focused performance.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
